Jennifer Bejar

Associate Attorney

Jennifer is an Associate Attorney. Born and raised in Watsonville, California to immigrant parents, Jennifer has a deep-rooted passion for helping members of her community navigate the complexities of immigration law. She brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to each case, specializing in family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, and removal defense, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego and is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz. Prior to joining our firm, Jennifer practiced immigration law in San Diego and at a nonprofit organization in her hometown. She continues to actively participate in pro bono clinics, brining legal services to diverse communities.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her dog, Luna.
